I have been seeking out the M2 '59 Apache brush truck for a while now, but once I got it home, its lack of details and single rear axle left me feeling unexcited.
So I swapped the chassis with the one from the orange wrecker release from earlier this year to get dually wheels, made a ladder rack out of a Greenlight '63 Dodge truck item, scratchbuilt a gurney rack to go over the top of that, added a hose reel from my parts box and some added detail, and swapped on a more detailed grille from the wrecker version. I also detampoed the generic decals with plans to add my own at some point, and I intend to swap the engine to a straight six when/if possible.
