Matchbox has always done a wonderful job of offering emergency vehicles over the years. You show some nice ones!

It was their fire engines and ambulances (oh, and of course, the police cars) that addicted me to Matchbox as a kid. I agree, not many companies have produced the wide variety of fire and emergency apparatus as Matchbox. Today some European companies (Siku, Majorette among them of course) have prolific output in country-specific vehicles, but generally use one casting released with multiple different country liveries. Matchbox, on the other hand, releases a new emergency vehicle almost every year....a new casting, that is, not just different liveries.
