Due to the recent budget cuts,
the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil, plus the
current state of the economy, the light at the end
of the tunnel has been turned off.

I'm still looking for one of these. Dan's looks good. I'd like to switch a set of the wheels from the gold car to this one. Junior Brown also does a rendition of 409.

My wife got it for me off of eBay for 9.50 total free shipping. I want you to tell me what tools you use for tire switches. I need to buy one.

Dan, to switch tires on AW's , you got to separate the body and chassis. Get a drill bit slightly larger than the two lugs holding the body/chassis together. Carefully drill into the lugs until the chassis is loose. You might need to move up a size bit or two and redrill. Switch the chassis and glue back together using super glue or Flex Glue.

All the wheel swaps I've done on the AWs Daniel, I just had to remove the tire from the wheels and pry the wheel hubs loose from the axle. I haven't had to drill one yet. Some take a little more tinkering than others though. Remember these pics I posted on Swifty's about 100 years ago, long before AW hit the scene, of these two size pry, screw drivers I cut slots in. They still work great!!!

That works well Stang but on some cars the rear fender wont even let the tire come off.
