One more size reference (the Wiking and Siku HO-scale Panthers vs the large Sentinel Prime:
Even had the Rosenbauer license...as a 1:1 was briefly seen in a couple of scenes in the movie Dark of the Moon.

If you are looking for variations, there is another Ratchet version out there...
It is a dog logo and font size variation that is hard to recognize, so you have to look closely.
Here is the one you showed above -
and here is the variation, you can see the logo on the door is different, with a logo instead of a Transformer head -
side by side -
and the "Fire Department" markings on the side of the model came in different sizes on the two versions -
I'm not sure if the black version came with the same variation, but it is possible.
