Due to the recent budget cuts,
the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil, plus the
current state of the economy, the light at the end

Can't go wrong with a Plum Crazy Mopar of any kind. Looks excellent- especially with the white interior and stripe.

AW did an excellent job on these Darts...
Mine has black interior and a black stripe though...

When these Darts were first released, I thought they looked pretty plain looking. I decided to make some twin scoops and a couple black stripes for the hood for a more sporty muscle look. I had to remove the white tail stripe first...
          I liked the results...

          After being "STANGFREAKED"...

I've long been a fan of this car, it is such sleeper material. Maybe not as much now, but back in the day and a good long while after, you could build a goin' machine and keep it plain jane on the outside. BTW, Plum Crazy is *not* plain jane....
The image file limits have been reset. Upper limits now are 100,000 when we have some images that exceed 5,000,000. I've set the pixels for no more than 1000 across the longest side, so if you resize to that all should be well. (The limits are larger than what I typically use, and my images turn out just fine, so I know it shouldn't be a problem)

            Thank you for your understanding.

like Wes wrote without the stripes it looks like a perfect sleeper racer.

                But I like that stripe.

I have to agree with that one guys. I kinda liked the idea of the sleepers. I created a sleeper from a 75 Plymouth Scamp once I got my license back. I guess I didn't learn my lesson.
When I bought the Scamp it had a 318 engine with a 727 TorqueFlite transmission and a 3:73 posi rear end. I was informed this package that came with the car new was now called the trailer package, but used to be the high performance package for the Darts. I'm no expert, but I believed the man. I replaced the 318 with a 340 that everything bolted right up. I got backinto the street racing scene and won a few bucks with that Scamp. I did win enough money to pay the car off. We almost got caught again late one night and I did have outrun a couple to township police officers by the skin of my teeth. Once I made it home and got my car in the garage I was hyper~ventilating with fear and anxiety. I was still on probation from all the earlier drag racing and reckless ops tickets I had gotten earlier. I was facing 1 year in the slammer and another $1,500.00 fine the previous judge had sentenced me too. He suspended the time and 1/2 of the 3 thousand dollar fine and put me on probation for another year. I had lost my license for 5 years but got them back in 3 years with this probation thing in place, plus "HIGH RISK" insurance that was "EXTREMELY" expensive. That was my last street race in the day. I sold the Scamp and bought a 68 Mustang coupe with a straight 6 and 3 speed on the floor, that really couldn't get out of it's own way if it needed too. That ole' Scamp was one wild ride, but I didn't have it long. I "DID LEARN MY LESSON" that very night...

I would love to take photo lessons from Daniel. His pics make the cars he photographs look better than they do in hand or in the package...
Way to go Daniel, and keep em' coming buddy!!!
