There's a lot of similarities to Welly but the wheels are not Welly.

    Who made this Firebird?
The way the rear window is "fogged" is similar to some Golden Wheel Valvoline cars.
Maybe this is Golden Wheel too.

I've seen other rally cars like this.
    Roughly 1,5 inches long.

The Corvette looks similar to a 'Road Monsters' (early Hongwell).
The Jeep CJ-7 could be Tootsietoys.
I have a couple of those Firebird's, but don't know the maker either.
The Toyota MR-2 looks like 'Pioneer' ..is it around 1/55 scale?

It is rather big casting considering the 1:1 car is small.

I believe the MR2 is a Pioneer casting. The Lancia may be a Summer - the front wheels are similar to what they used on their 1/50 pickup trucks in the mid-1990s.

Two votes for Pioneer. I tried to find more info but Google gives me only MR2's with Pioneer audio systems.

I want to believe that the Stratos is Summer. The front wheels look like what Summer used but this has smooth sides.
Also this is smaller than the early toony pullback cars that Summer had in their early years.

Answering to myself. The Stratos is New Ray.

                Question from Random :

                Who made this?

                -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This casting is from WELLY , the No. 8510 or/and 98510, I have this one WITH WELLY-brand and the car on the bottom without the brand, but with the Welly-number.
                https://www.swiftysgarage.org/8510-9...j7-t59828.html

                Perhaps it a Yatming-Copie: https://www.swiftysgarage.org/1603-j...od-t67787.html
I have also this Jeep CJ-7 in my collection. This car is with the same base, but with the number * 98510 * .

And perhaps it is a copie from the Welly car also, because I believe (only believe !)the wheels are no Welly-wheels.
The wheels show like Faie ...

The base on the Jeep is similar to Welly. The grille is separate piece and the doors can be opened.
Welly and Yatming have the grille casted with the body.
I believe that Welly used the same mold but with modified grille.
