  • K-1 Hoveringham Tipper (Foden Type S21)

While searching for this, unearthed a couple of other oldies but goodies 01) Matchbox UNIMOG and Trailer, 02) Schuco Modell BMW (1/43) and 03) Bburago BMW 535i and M-B 190E.

In any event, this guy was buried at the back of beyond. Only a couple King Size in the collection. Snarfed this one at the Buffalo show in October 2010. Believe the cab is modeled after the Foden Type S21. Good looking rig. You'll Agree.

p.s. 1: No King Size ever in the kid years (deprived).
p.s. 2: The "Lesney England" on the tires was a nice touch (see last photo).

Nice one! I had this one and I few other King Size models in my collection but let them go when I parted with my other 1/43rd items from Dinky and Corgi Toys and others.

Great king size dump truck, always liked the little ones design, but never got the big one like this. The name on the tires are a neat thing, I believe most of the old regular wheel king size had the Lesney name on the tires, some of the 1-75s did as well,

Here is the 8 wheel crane, and you can just kind of make out the name, although they didn't imprint it that deep so it is faint.
