I just love this Shelby. To me this is the Shelby look. No other color schemes, no other styles, this is how I remember seeing my first one on a show room floor in 1967...

    Nice.

Were they still offering both the 350 and 500 Shelby models at that time, or was it only the 500? I'm curious because I don't think I've seen a '67 - '70 GT350 in 1:64, just 500s.

The GT350 was made through the entire run....65-69 and the GT500 from 67-69......1970 models were unsold 69's. Also there is a GT500KR for 68 only.

Ah, okay. I've been under the impression the 350s were always more focused on road racing, so they're the ones that hold the most interest for me. Of course, any additional info anyone can provide is appreciated.

Shelby Collectibles and Johnny Lightning produced the'67-'70 GT350 in 1:64 scale.
(The 1968 Shelby GT500 shown is listed as a custom because I deleted the commemorative #85 roundel from the door, depicting Carroll Shelby's 86th birthday.)

In 2008, Greenlight made a bronze coloured (Shelby paint code 1) 1967 Shelby GT350 as part of Muscle Car Garage Series 2 release.
Sorry, I can not seem to load an image of the casting.

            Cheers. Cobra

                Thanks, Jack.
That is a beautiful image of a beautiful casting.
I think that is the only 1967 Shelby GT350 casting done by Greenlight in 1/64 scale.
Greenlight did make several versions of the GT500.
This is one of those Greenlight castings that I have always liked.

                Cheers. Cobra

I believe you are correct in your statement. Even though the casting was shared with the GT500, with the tempo printing being the only notable difference.
