  • Blue Nova gives up it's tires and wheels,,,,,,,,,,,

As I stated in another thread, the latest Nova wagon has oversize black tires, baby Moon caps and black steel wheels. They're way too big for the little 230 cid six in the wagon. I had this 61 phoenix that donated it's wheels to another AW Dodge, so I tried the Nova wheel package on it. They're still big but I like it.

Thanks for the comments. This car also has a gray interior that it didn't come with. This casting has only been used about six times, compared to some AW's that have almost thirty variations (square body truck). A pair of two-tone 61's would be nice. Another view.

Looking like its going to race my brother!! Looks real good.
Due to the recent budget cuts,
the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil, plus the
current state of the economy, the light at the end
of the tunnel has been turned off.

The only two versions I ever found or seen was this aqua one and the red one. I do love that white one big time. This car was a super beauty for it's time and kinda futuristic. I agree, they should use this casting more and some two~tones would be awesome...

Mr "Stang: In addition to the white car, there was also a black version. About two years ago, the was a gray car and a light blue/green one. Both came with steel wheels. Here's the light blue car with original wheel covers transplanted from the turq car.

Here's the gray car. It originally had black wheels and tires.
