  • Budgie Emergency Vehicles

These are my Budgie Emergency Die cast, and some variations. The Austin Ambulance is my favorite😊👍 I am still missing the Merryweather fire engine. I think I might have it somewhere but I’m not 100% sure. I will definitely look for it, and if I can’t find it, I will add this one to the list👍

Austin A95 Emergency Vehicle - the decals are from a Mini Lindy model kit as I was trying to create a Civil Defense vehicle similar to the one where I grew up - this was done in the '70's

The photo with the trucks that says ready for action is awesome👍👍👍Thank you for showing me some other budgie die cast that I do not have😁 I really like the fire station. It was made by a company called Hel Jan, and the station would say “FALCK & ZONEN” across the top. It’s a really nice model because I think you can see the fronts of the trucks in the bays with the doors down. So when you look you really don’t know what kind of fire engines are in there😊😊😊 By the way do the doors go up and down on this model?

Yes, the doors are functional. The kit came with the lettering separate so one could create any station you wanted - Danish or US or whatever - I had many Heljan kits back in my model railroad days and this one works very nice to display various fire engines.
