Anyone here collect the America the Beautiful (National Parks) Quarters? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Americ...tiful_quarters

Can you please send me your quarters? No, I'm not just trying to collect your money.

I've been collecting the National Parks Quarters since they came out, and have done fairly well with being able to find most of them, but there are still a few that have eluded me. I'm having a much harder time with this series than with the previous 50 States series

I'm getting desperate, especially with the earliest ones that I'm still missing, so thought I might reach out to our helpful community here at the Garage.

The ones I'm still missing are:
    • 2010 Arkansas
    • 2011 Mississippi
    • 2012 New Mexico
    • 2018 Michigan
    • 2019 Northern Mariana Islands
    • 2019 Guam

I'm also still missing a couple from the District of Columbia and United States Territories quarters series https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Distri...ories_quarters (4 of which can be seen on the far right of the photo below)
    • 2009 Puerto Rico
    • 2009 US Virgin Islands

If anyone has any spares, please reply here or PM me. Maybe if you're missing some I might be able to help in return.

    THANK YOU!

Funny I have collected the state quarters and then just bought the set of state parks. I use to collect the Female Indian dollar coin forgive me for not knowing the name at the moment. Anyway, I eventually spent them for bowling etc.. I regret a lot.
Due to the recent budget cuts,
the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil, plus the
current state of the economy, the light at the end
of the tunnel has been turned off.

            That is the Sacagawea dollar...
The Sacagawea dollar is a United States dollar coin first minted in 2000, although not minted for general circulation from 2002 to 2008 and again from 2012 onward due to its general unpopularity with the public and low business demand for the coin.

Well since I have some distant Native American in me I had a bunch but I was going through a divorce and got hard up and spent them. Paying a Grand a Month for four years in a row made it kind of hard. Then when alimony was done and only child support for almost infinity I used the smaller change in case of emergencies for laughing out loud.

I managed the State quarters and thought they were done, about that time started using debit card more and more. Only later I realized the new fancy quarters and started pulling the ones I found out, but I am missing a lot more than you are! Some you show here I didn't realize existed...

I have been pulling aside dollar coins (both types, plus the old Ike ones on those increasingly rare times they show up anymore) and $2 bills. I put them aside for my nieces and nephews one day...
The image file limits have been reset. Upper limits now are 100,000 when we have some images that exceed 5,000,000. I've set the pixels for no more than 1000 across the longest side, so if you resize to that all should be well. (The limits are larger than what I typically use, and my images turn out just fine, so I know it shouldn't be a problem)

                    Thank you for your understanding.

Every time I get change, I take it home and check my quarter book to see if I have them or need any. Once sorted they go into my coin pouch or bank jar. If there's any quarters you need, let me know & I can check for them. I should be rolling quarters soon to take to the bank.

I have a bunch of old coins stashed away. Haven't seen anything old in circulation for a long time though, other than the occasional oldie penny.

I collect what I like, and I like what I collect.
