I picked up both the Power Grab and carded versions of this model, and in the PG box these were the wheels; on the card I found the 6sp wheels. -

My youngest granddaughter will be pleased you rescued Olaf again! To her, all snowmen are Olaf from Frozen. And I am guessing the traction would not be that great in that Ranchero pickiup
