  • Forever 64 Street Freaks Project in Progress '50 Chevy Suburban

Found this diecast at a local hobby shop, I can't resist a PiP type car, and this is one of my favorite ever JL castings. While not true 1/64, I do appreciate that it is compatible with Matchbox's Willys pickup/wagon/Jeepster, Johnny Lightning's, HW's and MBX's SJ Jeep Wagoneers, the Lesney Jeep Gladiator, the Mini-Lindy Willys Fleetvan postal truck, and JL's '55 Ford panel, among other popular castings.

This casting's full name of "Johnny Lightning Forever 64 Street Freaks Project in Progress 1950 Chevy Suburban" is also a notably long one.

Cool! I liked the JL PIP releases but don't ever recall seeing this one in the wild.
