  • Old Hot Pursuit set

Scored this set from a local dealer when he had found some old stock.

Especially happy to add five new Crown Vics to the collection!

Great find! I bought this set a number of years ago as part of my initial foray into Greenlight. I have this box somewhere, but all of the models have been taken out of it.

Great addition to your GL Hot Pursuit Collection. I have this set - bought it originally because I had to have the Ford Crown Victoria Bismarck PD car and the Dodge Monaco Washington State Patrol car...but as Velma would tell you - it was a set of police cars and she knew it would come home with me!

I got it at TRU (RIP TRU). Now stored safely in my garage...

i managed to find this on clearance- so i got an extra just in case. it would be nice to see them do this again, but it doesn't seem likely. of course these days you can hardly keep up with the regular HP releases...

Many of these sets were broken up and sold and the popular cars were resold for premium prices. Less popular cars, like the Wash State Monaco were cheap on Ebay. I bought three for less than $10. Great for wheel swaps and detailing.

I bought this set for the Mustang SSPs and was lucky enough to track down the respective Green Machines.

This set was auctioned by the dealer on Facebook. I have no idea what its worth nowadays but I won it for 30 Euros (less than $35). I would have paid 50 just to get the Vics.

That's just about what the set cost new (with tax included) at TRU when I bought mine. So you got it for a very reasonable price (MSRP, essentially) considering buying off the internet.
