    A.M.C. Matador Highway Patrol PD 28 (need ID help)

    ID help please.

    New for me is this blue Police car with * HIGHWAY PATROL PD * writing on hood and the * 28 * on backside.
    I think the car is an * A.M.C. Matador * . The car is 3-inch with plastic base, but on the base is no brand, only * China*. Also I see no number on base or inside the car.

    I believe the car is from Summer , butI am not sure but can help someone in the identification. Does anyone have this model or variants ???

    this blue one actually resembles a 3rd Gen Caprice from 1977 to 1990
    How could I tell?
    the 6 square tail lights on the rear!

        If we are voting, me as well for the Chevrolet. It looks to be a copy of the Majorette #240 Chevrolet Impala (1980 to 1985 model year).
