I really like the "Western TravelWays" livery. Didn't look it up...is it 'licensed'? Or a great Matchbox creation?
The blue and gray does remind me of Greyhound, and I remember riding Greyhound once or twice in my life for trips across a state. So I consider that a good enough reason to collect the Scenic Cruiser in all its colors. Too bad (as with most 3" limitations) we can't get these in scale with the cars, and all the cars/trucks in accurate scales. Of course, I love what they can cram into many 3" models, detail-wise. -
I really like this new design on the Scenicruiser Bus - rode my share of these many years ago out in Washington State - they had a "feeder line" called Okanogan Valley Lines which had the same color scheme as Greyhound so guessing Greyhound might have been the parent company. Look forward to adding this newest design to my fleet - actually liking it better than the earlier issue.
