Do these represent a real ladder truck, or are these a figment of Playart's imagination? If they are real, what do they represent?
Thanks in advance.
The image file limits have been reset. Upper limits now are 100,000 when we have some images that exceed 5,000,000. I've set the pixels for no more than 1000 across the longest side, so if you resize to that all should be well. (The limits are larger than what I typically use, and my images turn out just fine, so I know it shouldn't be a problem)
Yes - they represent the Japanese Hino three axle fire truck! There is also a version of this casting with a snorkel I would share a picture but in my moving stuff around seem to have misplaced my Playart fire engines.

First time I saw both (snorkel and ladder) trucks at retail they were in a loose bin with dozens of other 'peg warmer' types, for a quarter dollar apiece. Never have seen them on cards or in a 'new package'. Like both very much.
Thank you firedog for sharing the picture of the snorkel unit - still have not found my box of missing Playart fire apparatus. Will be a good search project this weekend as they are threatening us with a major storm that could snow us in.
