  • What cars would be PERFECT for NPS?

Im asking. What cars would be amazing for the national parks series? Im in class with nothing to do and just detailed a RCMP Charger (Yes the one you Douglas gave me) and thought it may look sweet in national parks along with the Explorer and Taurus! As i said tell me some that would look "sexy" in the NPS theme

    And just for fun

Here are a few that I think would be good choices for the National Parks Series by Matchbox. The Dodge Dakota is an upcoming 2022 model. By the way, I included the upcoming NYPD Explorer just for you

Oh cool, are they bringing back the old Dakota, that would make a perfect NPS or Forest Service version.

What kind of details you adding to the Charger Explorer, bet it will look nice, And yes, that is another one I'd like to se in the theme, actually I'd like just about any truck or SUV, or emergency vehicle Matchbox does in one of the themes, but here are a few thoughts with 1/1 photos.

Late to the game, but here are a few I've suggested when this topic has come up in the past.

The Pierce Dash Pumper or the older International Pumper, as most major parks have some structural fire apparatus.

An Ambulance, another service most of the major parks provide.

How about the Tacoma Life Guard Truck.

                    A Park Shuttle Bus.

As you can see these are all vehicles actually operated by the US-NPS.

I, for one, would LOVE to see the International Workstar fire engine released by Matchbox in a licensed National Park Service livery, white with the red stripe as generally seen in NPS apparatus photos. It might be more difficult to make a custom of the model due to how the production process pieces plastic and metal parts together....but if I have enough of the Workstar model in my collection, I think I should give it the ol' "college try", no? (The F550 lent itself quite readily to the process; the International poses more complexity.)
