I like that Hummer - like Doug I am wondering who makes these two models - although the Hummer, for some reason, makes me think of a transformer release.

Jada does have the Transformers license, so it kind of makes you wonder .

Thanks for the variation photos Sammy. That non-transforming Transformer (IIRC has a 'robot' figure cast into the base....and if you stand the model up on it's rear end, that's when you 'see' the 'transformer')....I don't think I realized there were tampo variations on that. I have at least one of them....guess a trip out to the garage shelving may be due this 'holiday' weekend.

The little Hummers came on licensed "Transformer" cards, so until I check my garage/transformers/Jada tub, I think it's safe to say they're all by Jada. But, I'd be wrong! Few of them were by Jada. Most of them (the ones I have) are by Hasbro.

I thought that just recently I found evidence Hasbro and Jada had a relationship, but I cannot confirm that. I have a black Hummer too, but none with the maltese cross FD graphic.

The green Hummers (in two sizes, and also in black in the pictured series) definitely by Hasbro. The larger yellow one, Jada (as you probably know already). The fact we see the same graphic pattern on two different brands either attests to it being seen in 'real life' by the designer(s) of the respective companies, or the two companies have a business relationship.
