Isn't that a Lancia 037 between the Beetle and the Jag XKE?

Is it strange that I'm most interested in the ChoroQ knock-offs?

I'm intrigued by these two. Gold one looks like an R107 Mercedes, and the white one - is that a Toyota? Me needs them.

            Thanks for posting.

              Thanks for posting.

I would say the gold one is a mid-'60's Nissan Silvia.
              Here's a real one:

The white one is a late '60's to early '70's Mazda Cosmo:

Boy....HW's tread keeps getting more and more non American cars. Not sure I like it.

It's almost like they've done the vast majority of desirable American cars and have decided to do some other desirable cars.

I'm sure they'll get around to making a Neon sedan some day.

True. But which Neon, Chrysler, Plymouth or Dodge....?.....LOL

I will say that Mazda looks very cool.

I could easily put together a list of 10-20 cool American cars I'd love to see HW do, but with less effort could compile a list 50 low hanging fruit examples of cool Japanese cars that haven't been done yet. Europe has gotten more attention from Mattel, but there's still some really obvious gaps that could be considered low-hanging fruit; South America and Australia have far fewer cars to pick from, but so far haven't even gotten as much attention as Hot Wheels gave Japanese cars in the 80s and 90s, so they've got loads of low-hanging fruit for HW to consider too.

Oh, and I want an Acadian, even if the two older Chevy II castings ('63 and '66) could be converted fairly easily.

Finally my favourite Porsche will get the attention it deserves.
