  • Anyone ever heard of playmart diecast cars ?

Anyone ever heard of playmart diecast cars I think they were made in Chile .I recently bought a 1/24 polistil 71 0r 72 honda z 600 car. So I've been googling the honda n 600 and z600
diecast and tha'ts where I found the playmart cars . Seemed obsolete but wheels look like hot wheels or matchbox. Interested in finding out more about them . I had a 71 z600 coupe and a 72 n 600 sedan when I was younger .Real ones, you can drive, I mean. Wish I would have kept them.

I think you mean 'PLAYART' . I've checked the net & there is nothing listed for Playmart Diecasts. Could only find a Toy shop called Playmart in India.
I also checked this site in Chile - http://www.diecastchile.cl/search?q=playmart & they have nothing listed.

I agree it would be Playart. They even offered a Honda N600.

The image file limits have been reset. Upper limits now are 100,000 when we have some images that exceed 5,000,000. I've set the pixels for no more than 1000 across the longest side, so if you resize to that all should be well. (The limits are larger than what I typically use, and my images turn out just fine, so I know it shouldn't be a problem)

            Thank you for your understanding.

Often, on the 'bay. The Playarts can be had cheap in rough condition, buried in a lot, but it takes patience and looking to find them. Singly, rough shape around $5 US plus shipping, nice loose $10-15, carded if you can find one probably in the $20-up range. Once in awhile you can luck into a deal, but most sellers treat Playart as gold.

The Konamis (I think they cover the other Honda as well, I haven't gotten one yet) can be had nice loose or boxed from about $10-$20 plus shipping. If you get one less than $10, and less than $15 shipped (singly) you are doing good, very seldom to find Konami in the US, most of mine came from Japan and one seller out of Canada. But Konami have excellent detail, comparable with early Kyosho, and scale nicely to each other, I would guess very close to true 1/64.

You might also try Kyosho and Tomica. I don't know that either one made the Hondas you are looking for, but being Japanese makers that focus on Japanese cars (with nice detail) there is a good possibility they may also cover these. I don't look deeply into either one so I can't speak to current prices.
