I came into the store looking for Greenlight and Auto World, but came out with Majorette completely unexpectedly! They had a half-dozen or so of this Porsche Edition set. This was the only Majorette they had at all- no other single packs or sets. Of course it did not have a price sticker on it, but to my surprise I scanned it and it came up $12.99- which was about $5.00 cheaper than I expected, so it came home (or rather to the office) with me. Maybe even more surprising to me was the bottom sticker stating that Majorette is being distributed by Jada toys. Hopefully this will mean we might see them in Target or WalMart as well. I'll keep you posted if anything else turns up on the Majorette front.

It will be interesting to see Target carry the set around here, since the two local stores have eliminated all but the toddler-sized toys by Jada. Nothing smaller than about 7-10 inches in size. The only source of any retail Majorette here is/was Hobby Lobby, after TRU closed.

Nice set!
For those who don't have Target like me, or your Target does not carry the line, the set is available online. Now to find stuff to get over the $35 limit for free shipping. While there are some others on there from Diecast Models Wholesale, these are those sold and shipped from Target.

I think they really captured the shape of the Boxster well, though hopefully the 1:1 version does not have a top that fits that way- would not be nice in a car wash. I love the paint scheme of the white 911. All have a lot of value for a little over $2.00 apiece. Hopefully they will get good product mixes into the stores and not have any peg-warmers so we can continue to see Majorette in the USA.
