I had the first generation Civic from Tomica in my collection at one time. My dad surprised me back in the late '70's when he bought a Civic as his go to work car after driving that old '55 Chevy wagon forever.
Not crazy about the brown on the Mercedes, and the green on the Cadillac takes some getting used to. Looking forward to these and the Civic, though. I wish Matchbox would not make the big cars small (Caprice, Mercedes 220SE) and the small cars big (Nissan 510, upcoming MGB as it looks). I don't expect exact 1/64, but it would be nice to have some sort of proportion. But for $1, what do I want???!!!!!!

It would be great to have a line of accurately-proportioned, true 1/64 scale diecast cars of the same detail level as Matchbox or Hot Wheels available for a buck. That's what I want.
From the relative sizes in the pic, looks like the Civic is way over 1/64.
Which is not unexpected.
I'll settle for 1:58, which would be better than the Tomica one. The huge MBX wheels might force them to make it even bigger than the Tomica one, similar to the MBX Mini.
