  • Read, but still Unread

Anyone else experience this, or have any idea why some boards show as "unread" even though they've been read by me (as indicated by the thread/discussion icon - the Mustang pony in my case)?

Even when I click on the "Mark This Channel Read" is still shows as Unread.

My theory was that someone went into a post and edited it (but now I think that theory isn't so good), or more likely it's a glitch in the Matrix.

The only way to clear it is to actually go into (usually) the first thread, and then the icon clears. Not a major problem, but it is annoying.

It definitely is a glitch. Had the same issue a few months ago, but it fixed itself after a few days.

It's been ongoing for me for over a year. Usually happens after an update, but other time as well. I was thinking it happens when admin does something that we aren't aware of, but not so sure about that theory anymore.

tbh, I never gave it a thought. definitely not something I've been goofing around with. might be something I did on the control panel way back when, but I don't go there much, I think twice since the first of the year and nothing to do with settings. so I don't have an easy answer.
The image file limits have been reset. Upper limits now are 100,000 when we have some images that exceed 5,000,000. I've set the pixels for no more than 1000 across the longest side, so if you resize to that all should be well. (The limits are larger than what I typically use, and my images turn out just fine, so I know it shouldn't be a problem)

        Thank you for your understanding.
