  • 65 Suburban,,,,,,,,

The Suburban finally arrived but I not quite thrilled with it. The shape seems odd and this one has a poor fitting hood. Here it is with a JL 64 C10 in the same color.

I know you are picky and I am too but those cars look beautiful from what I see. Thanks for posting the picture.
Due to the recent budget cuts,
the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil, plus the
current state of the economy, the light at the end
of the tunnel has been turned off.

Dick, I looked up those Johnny Lighting C-10 Truck on eBay and they want my watch and my darn shoes to buy one. That makes me angry.

I bought them at WM back when they were cheap. I'll load another view of the Suburban later tonight. The grill is waiting now.

I always get nervous about new castings based on early photos, because I don't want to see something wrong about the shape or details.
Conversely, sometimes the photos show something I don't like, but once I have one in my hand, it turns out okay!

A nice casting from Auto World. the grille leaves a bit to be desired. Have to wait until I get one in hand to judge it though.

The stance seems accurate. Might be suffering from "Carolina Squat" a little bit though.
