    More 2021 Basic Mix 3 Sneaks

    Here are some more sneaks of the upcoming Mix 3 models. We won't see these for quite a while though since Mix 2 is just hitting.

    In my opinion, this one will be a PEG WARMER (it will probably be 3 per case)

    Guess we're getting another INC model in the basic lineup, all the INC deco and lettering is probably on the back side, not shown in this picture.

      I like all of these, EXCEPT the eStar. A commercial flop in 1/1, and really ugly all-around. And, blue windows don't help. I admit, I do own two--one from the Thank You Heroes set, and then the original with the Matchbox logo. Really, it should be replaced with a Sprinter, RAM Promaster (Fiat Ducato) or Transit van, common everyday cars, the world over.

      Is the F-550 a licensed livery, or generic?

        I agree the eStar isn't very good at all, therefore like I said I believe it will be a peg warmer.

        The F-550, upon a closer look at a bigger picture, is generic. It says "Matchbox Fire Rescue" on the drivers door and "Rescue 71" on the passenger door (behind the drivers door, not the passenger door on the other side of the truck, if that makes sense). Wonder if there is a reason for "71" in the unit number...

        BTW I've noticed that they try to put at least 1 or 2 emergency vehicles in every batch released...

          Sweptline, Nova and Civic for me. Still need to find the Mk1 Capri and white Moving Parts Riviera, but I'll have to try Fred Meyer/Kroger for them since Walmarts here are still full of peg warmer self driving busses from the first mix.

            Some good ones here, I'll wait to see what they look like once in the Stores.. For sure Ill pass on the all blue glass e-van and the Nova is off enough (windows too
            large compared to doors) to spoil it for me..

              I, of course, will be looking forward to the two emergency vehicles - while I would prefer an actual department on them, generic markings do not bother me if they appear realistic. For me the others are the Dodge pickup and maybe the Nova.

                Help! What they did to the eStar!
                All the previous variants had been quite good, but that one is really horrible.

                Yes the eStar will be hanging on the pegs for ever together with the Speed Trapper (probably also three per case) -- INC-livery even cannot save that one.
                In fact there are many Speed Trappers hanging in my stores, sometimes even from two different releases.

                  Hmmm, why would a police speed enforcement trailer be decorated in their construction INC theme.

                  What does it say on the E Star, I see DCM, and on the cab written out Die Cast and then something that starts with "M", and then some other writing under the big logo., not that it is something I wanted, but an interesting hobby related livery might make me consider it just for that.

                      Definitely have to get the Nova. That was the first American car I owned (Even though it was a dog to drive... with No power steering!) Here is a photo of mine (It was a Canadian made one) -

                        Hitch & Haul... and that's a good point. The INC Backhoe sold really well though (it was in last years T Case) and that one was 3 per case...

                            hey I want that electric van!
                            course maybe someday get the REAL one & change all the batteries to newer ones
                            I'd decal it like the 1st release one with Matchbox logos on it
                            Sneak in a small Hot Wheels logo on it too
