    This is still gonna be a constant work in progress. I have a POLA brewery building that will adjoin my still as yet unarrived Kaboom Powder Factory as part of the historic DuPont complex I plan to add.

            Nice redevelopment!

            What is the open barn in the last two fairground pictures? Who makes it? I'm curious if it's in scale with the Ertl barns and buildings?

              Thanks! It is an Ertl Farm Country fairgrounds pavilion.

                Thanks! That's a great piece to have! Some of the Ertl sets are so hard to find, and expensive when found.

                  My holy grails of Ertl sets are the Farm & Fleet store, rodeo grounds, John Deere dealership, and the "Farm Town" set. Someday...

                    The layout is looking good now that the clean up and repairs are done. Are those gas prices a reflection of what you're paying up in your neck of the woods, they seem really high.

                      Thanks! 2016 gas prices on the BP station, gas prices in response to fear of widespread fears of armed conflicts with Iran on the Valero that was built in 2020, and I've put 1996 prices on the Arco.

                        Just curious, we had those kind of prices down here in Florida for awhile during the recession, but for a number of years now they have been in the $2.00 - $2.30 range.

                          Interesting. We had $5 gas here during the depths of the Iraq crisis, considering that my only vehicles then were an '84 Ford F250 with a 460 and a '64 Olds Cutlass with all the 442 options but a 2-speed Jetaway/Powerglide transmission,and my great-aunt's '74 Chevy van with a 350/TH400 that I was trying to get and drove often at the time, it's a wonder I didn't go broke

                            Just weathered up a couple of Matchbox Garbage Scout dumpsters. Need to do more simulated wear, rust & physical damage on these & detail the casters. I have more dumpsters to do the same with.
