This came with a Dodge flatbed Hauler. Comparing with Johnny Lightning and Matchbox. Another rare occasion where M2 is smaller than JL. Great detail. Looking forward to many variations.

The fine details are amazing. As a Jeep collector I will eventually be adding one. Can't wait to see what M2 does with the Jeep license. For sure, a Bantam trailer to go with the Jeep. I'd love to see a brush version with portable pump, like Solido made years ago.

I'm kinda pacificistic, but I like my military Jeeps to have a machine gun in the back. I do not know why I feel that way, but an Army Jeep with, essentially, nothing indicating it can be/was used as a "fighting vehicle", just doesn't appeal to me. I guess my preference in model military vehicles is that they should be "fighting-capable".
I like jeeps, but a military jeep with no 'gun' is just a civilian SUV in olive drab and some white paint splotches on some panels.

I like it....but, do not like the "whatever that is" on the front bumper that looks like they added a plastic spur from a model kit. Nor do I not like that "rack" hanging off the back. I'm sure both are something that was used by the military....but I have never seen either of those things on an Army Jeep.
IMO....I find both of those things very distracting.Scotty "Mustang (+Matchbox) Mad Man!"

Sorry for asking but which one is the M2 Jeep? I like them all. Maybe because I have driven that one before in the Army.Due to the recent budget cuts,
the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil, plus the
current state of the economy, the light at the end
of the tunnel has been turned off.
