    Wheel size and proportions measured for a selection of models (Auto World)

    I did the same thing for Green Light: https://www.diecastgarage.org/node/172893

    I was interested to find out what models have the best proportioned wheels. I have used a caliper to measure the wheels and I did my best to find out the stock tires dimensions.

    Errors below 0.2 should be ignored as they are within the measuring error of the caliper.

    Again, a lot of work but if it's your bag, right on. The eyes confirm what you found.

      Maybe not work for Frank. There are some intelligent people out there.
      Due to the recent budget cuts,
      the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil, plus the
      current state of the economy, the light at the end
      of the tunnel has been turned off.

          Amazing data! For me, AW wheel issue is not as bad as GL so I tend to forgive any small errors. The cars look much better with thinner wheels than fatter wheels anyways. GL’s “semi steam roller tires” which circulate the most these days really turn me off. I only collect AW these days because of that.
