I am only a casual collector of Hot Wheels. Does anyone know more information about the Game Stop Hot Wheels event on November 2? Are these colors exclusive to Game Stop or is GS just offering them early to collectors. I don't feel like fighting with rabid HW collectors for exclusive color models on a Saturday morning if I can help it. Thanks.

Will be interesting to see how they handle the crowds since, at least the ones I see, are not that large of stores - especially compared to K-Mart.

I'm confused, years back I'd been to a Game Stop once or twice with a friend who was picking something up, but all I saw there was video games, systems, and other related stuff, so now they sell toy cars too?DougComment

If I visit one of the participating GameStop stores on Nov.2 at 10:00 am, what kind of "experience" should I expect? Courtesy and good manners are less and less common these days, and my perception of this event will be that all bets are off!Comment

as mentioned the stores are not that big.so i would guess with 15 people the store would be crowded.that is base on the size of the stores i have seen in this area.Comment

Not an event I will go to (didn't do the K-Mart ones either) but see the Game Stop that they are using in my area is known for rude clerks and customer service so can only image what they might do with a crowd of Hot Wheels collectors.
