    Due to the recent budget cuts,
    the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil, plus the
    current state of the economy, the light at the end
    of the tunnel has been turned off.

        '55 was my favorite year of the tri-year bodystyle. Chevy had started to ease off the bathtub look that dated to the immediate post war era and began to move on to more square like styles which of course in the next 5 years include a dubious dose of fins.
