Undeniably a Welly casting, but above we see in Grell packaging...

But not only Grell, Welly also were found in Speed Wheels packaging.
The image file limits have been reset. Upper limits now are 100,000 when we have some images that exceed 5,000,000. I've set the pixels for no more than 1000 across the longest side, so if you resize to that all should be well. (The limits are larger than what I typically use, and my images turn out just fine, so I know it shouldn't be a problem)

    Thank you for your understanding.

Fascinating - might even be more valuable if it still had the toilet paper it came with. Interesting German promotion and more so to see the Welly model in a Speed Wheels package.

Does it come with a twist, or just a roll?

Depends what track its on! Under the right conditions it can do a barrel roll!

At least its shakin', not stirred.

I know you're joking, but I really hope in a few years someone looks at this and thinks "what are they talking about?"

It says something on the back of the package about Old-Timer Models, which makes me think of the early cars through the years that had running boards, or even a little later maybe through the 40's, but I guess when you think about it, those shown are indeed old-timers for cars as far as years that have passed since then.
