Konami is better known I believe for video games, but they did produce a modest series of diecast focused on Japanese domestic models, as well as some science fiction oriented models.

I haven't held any of the sci-fi models to comment on scale or construction, but the autos compare favorably with Kyosho. Indeed, some of the Konami models appear to have been reissued in a Kyosho series called Dydo.

I know enough about all this to be open to knowledgeable correction, so if I blundered with anything here, feel free to add or correct - please.
