The NASA version is apparently hard to find. I searched high and low and could not even
find a record of one being sold. So Im not sure what to pay when I find one. Wish list.
Added the Extermasite from the Parasites series shown above by *RV*.
Without the package I would not have known the names.
It reminds me of a Road Warrior style and is so far my favorite version.
That's quite a van series. The Parasite is bizarre and totally hitherto unknown to me! Not much of a van fan but it does look pretty good in most of those varies...

This is a very unusual, but very cool series. Never have seen any of these models before. However, some of the nick names would never fly nowadays.
Was this part of a set? I like the fact that it doesn't have the opening door. (My OCD can't get over how the door is normally faded to a different color, or doesn't quite sit right in the opening.)
Of all the MB Caravans, this is the only with "Las Vegas" on the base.
I found this quote and can only assume its correct.
Matchbox Dodge Caravan made in England by Matchbox for Chrysler to launch the real vehicle in Las Vegas 1983. This is the first body casting without the opening side door.
That one is a very uncommon one, if I remember right it was only available at that auto show that year, so probably not a ton of them around. Of course I've never seen one in the wild in all my years.
